BOOM is a free career advice tool and brainchild of SheSays. We believe in the power of the collective intelligence of women – and men – including some of our own 500 speakers. Over the last 10 years we helped over 40,000 members advance their careers but now is the time to share the love with an even bigger crowd.

Because we want to keep the knowledge share going, BOOM is also a live tool where contributors can keep adding advice every day. And yes, we review and curate every single piece of content to make sure it’s tip-top.

We want to make all advice useful so each piece comes with related resources so you can follow-up and action what you’ve learned.

And it doesn’t stop there, we have big plans for the future including the ability for users to ask questions to our database of smart women. We also want to make more tools so women can advocate for other women.

So what now? Honestly, the best thing you can do is contribute. That’s what will make a difference but if you’re busy or shy just take a look and tell a few friends. Thanks!
